This role is central to the success of the spa " overseeing daily operations while also helping guide clients through our wellness circuit and overall experience.Candidates with experience as an aesthetician, injector, or in medical aesthetics/wellness are strongly encouraged to apply.Compensation$22-$30/hour (based on experience)Performance-based bonuses tied to spa revenue and growthGrowth opportunities as the spa expandsNew client referral incentivesNo health benefits provided1099 employment contractDiscounted aesthetic services for employees, family, and friendsCosmetic products discountPosition OverviewThe Office Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure a seamless luxury client experience, and play a key role in executing Oum MedSpa's wellness circuit.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both operational leadership and direct client interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & LeadershipOversee daily spa operations and front desk managementManage scheduling, client flow, and team coordinationMaintain inventory, supplies, and product orderingEnsure cleanliness, organization, and compliance standardsAssist with hiring, onboarding, and staff trainingMonitor quality and appropriateness of medical careAssist with clinical patient complaintsProvide clinical performance improvement guidance and supportPlan, direct and supervise all activities of the medical servicesSupervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nursesBiohacking Circuit ExecutionGuide clients through the Biohacking circuit experienceEducate clients on available wellness services and benefitsSupport implementation of functional medicine and wellness offeringsEnsure a calm, seamless, and elevated wellness experienceEncourage participation in memberships and wellness programsClient ExperienceDeliver a polished, high-touch luxury client experience from check-in to checkoutBuild strong client relationships to drive retention and referralsHandle client communication, questions, and concerns professionallySales & GrowthDrive retail product sales and treatment enhancementsPromote wellness memberships, packages, and servicesSupport marketing initiatives (social media, events, promotions)Track daily performance and support revenue goalsClinical Support (If Licensed)Perform aesthetic or skincare treatments (if licensed in Arkansas)Assist providers with patient flow and treatment coordinationQualificationsExperience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality management preferredStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and client service abilitiesSales-minded and comfortable recommending services and productsPassion for wellness, aesthetics, and client experienceExperience with booking/POS systems is a plusLicensed aesthetician or injector is a strong plus (not required)Professional, detail-oriented, and proactiveScheduleFull-time (approximately 30-40 hours per week)Must be available for some evenings and weekendsMed Spa hours Tuesday thru Saturday90-Day Introductory PeriodAll new hires will complete a 90-day introductory (probationary) period. During this time, performance, cultural fit, and overall role alignment will be evaluated.
