Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Operations: Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences.
• Cultivate Culture: Recruit, train, and inspire a hospitality-focused team committed to exceptional service and food quality.
• Drive Financials: Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining premium standards.
• Engage the Community: Build local relationships and maintain our reputation as a premier dining destination in Northwest Arkansas.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining full-service restaurant.
• Leadership: A hands-on leader with a proven track record of developing staff and maintaining high retention.
• Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with deep knowledge of P&L management, food/labor cost controls, and revenue growth.
• Passion: A genuine love for great food, beverage, and the art of hospitality.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + 25% bonus potential paid quarterly
