About The RoleWe currently have an opportunity for a Psychiatrist with an active Illinois license for a 100% telepsychiatry position. This position is part time (8 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an Outpatient Clinic. Patient population is ages 5+.What You'll DoProvide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatmentAnalyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorderDirect and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disordersCollaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progressExamine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disordersParticipate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatmentWhat We're Looking ForClinicians must have active state license1-3 years of experience since obtaining licenseIntermediate to advanced experience with technologyStrong communication skillsEstablished and updated CAQH profile strongly preferredPOSITION LOGISTICS100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityYou will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.Compensation And BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $137 - $151 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data.
