A company is looking for an AVP, Corporate Underwriting.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Underwriting teams and Insurance Leadership to establish clear underwriting guidance and governance standardsDesign and monitor governance controls across all Insurance lines of business, includingconducting peer reviews and auditsSupport product innovation and manage communication between the Chief Underwriting Office and stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; industry designations like CPCU are a plusSignificant commercial underwriting experience (7+ years preferred) with strong technical judgmentWorking knowledge of underwriting governance and operational workflowsExperience in performing underwriting file reviews and auditsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
