A company is looking for a Grant Analyst to oversee operational processes, financial stewardship, and data integrity for funded subrecipients of the Rural Health Transformation Program.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement risk-based monitoring processes for subrecipients in accordance with grant requirementsConduct compliance reviews and provide technical assistance to strengthen subrecipient capacityAnalyze financial documentation and data submitted by subrecipients to ensure accuracy and complianceRequired QualificationsMaster's degree or equivalent experience with 4-6 years in program evaluation, grant oversight, or data analysisExtensive knowledge of federal and state laws related to finance and programmatic divisionsAdvanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Microsoft Office productsAbility to develop new procedures and modify existing policiesExperience with data analysis and report preparation
