A company is looking for a Vice President of Global Tax Operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage the preparation and consolidation of interim and annual income tax provisions for global operations, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirementsIdentify and implement Global and U.S. tax planning opportunities while partnering with finance leadershipOversee tax audits and controversies, and support transaction structuring by analyzing tax implications of proposed structuresRequired Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Tax, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 12-15 years of tax experience, preferably in both Big 4 public accounting and in-house multinational environmentsExperience with domestic and international tax issues affecting various business functionsStrong technical knowledge of U.S. Federal, State, Local, and International tax issuesProficiency in ASC 740 and relevant aspects of U.S. GAAP tax financial reporting
