A company is looking for a Financial Specialist II to manage financial transactions and customer accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess financial transactions, including billing, ACH transactions, and cash receiptsMaintain and reconcile group and individual accounts receivables, including delinquency processingProvide customer service and support for account inquiries and issues related to customer accountsRequired QualificationsBA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related fieldThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookKnowledge of health care eligibility and billing procedures, including HIPAA and COBRA regulationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks under pressure
