A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and ensure financial integrity as the organization grows.Key Responsibilities:Own and enhance the month-end close process, ensuring accountability and improved timelinesLead the preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses to maintain a clean general ledgerDesign and strengthen internal controls and documentation to create audit-ready processes and financialsQualifications/Skills:7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth, multi-product, or multi-entity environmentBig 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to operate independently and build processes in ambiguous environmentsExperience scaling accounting functions and leveraging automation or AI-enabled tools for efficiencyExposure to subscription-based businesses or technology-enabled services
