A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to manage and improve global benefit programs.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage global benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement offeringsServe as the primary contact for benefits brokers and vendors, managing renewals and complianceEvaluate benefits utilization and employee feedback to recommend enhancements for the employee experienceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CEBS or similar certification is a plus5+ years of experience in benefits administration, preferably for a global workforceStrong knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA)Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platformsProven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
