A company is looking for a Regional Underwriting Manager (Jumbo).Key Responsibilities:Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to Underwriters on processes and guidelinesServe as the primary contact for Underwriters regarding questions and clarificationsManage the underwriting pipeline to ensure compliance with service level agreementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceDE, SAR, and LAPP certifications required; USDA experience is a plus5+ years of Mortgage Underwriting experience with agency guideline knowledge5+ years of underwriting supervisory experienceExperience with Encompass LOS and knowledge of compliance requirements
