The Senior Director, Real Estate Portfolio Management and Workplace Services, is responsible for the comprehensive management of Tyson Foods' real estate portfolio. This includes assessing risks and opportunities associated with real estate investments, evaluating and selecting properties that align with corporate objectives, executing transactions on behalf of business units, and advising leadership on real estate investment strategies. The role also oversees corporate workplace services, including cafeteria operations at two locations, mail services, the print shop, and the Tyson Foods company store. Success in this position requires deep expertise in corporate real estate, financial analysis, asset management, and local property markets.
Note: This is an onsite role based in Northwest Arkansas; this role is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. If selected, candidate should be ready for relocation (relocation package available).
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred. CCIM or other commercial real estate certifications are preferred.
Experience: 12 years of combined project, program, and portfolio property management.
Computer Skills: Advanced experience in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, other Microsoft Office suites and statistical analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle all situations in a professional manner; formal presentations and public speaking to large groups on familiar work‑related topics.
Special Skills: Supervisory: Yes. This position is responsible for managing 5 direct reports.
Travel: 20% Travel.
