Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between customers and the testing laboratory, providing clear and timely updates on project and sample status; Manage multiple product testing projects from intake through completion in a lab or quality testing environment; Track and monitor customer samples/products through various testing phases, documentation, and reporting milestones; Coordinate closely with internal lab teams including quality, testing technicians, engineering, and operations to ensure timely execution of test plans; Maintain accurate and detailed records of test progress, results tracking, and customer communications
