A company is looking for an SEC Reporting Analyst to support its Corporate Accounting team on a contract basis.Key Responsibilities:Review quarterly 10Q filings for accuracy and compliance with SEC standardsTrace financial data to supporting workpapers and validate completenessPrepare and review quarterly accounting memos and summariesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferredProven experience in SEC reporting, preferably in a public companyProficiency in Workiva, OneStream, and Microsoft D365Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulationsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlines
