A company is looking for a Principal Institutional Research Analyst to support institutional research and student success initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, manage, and analyze complex institutional data to support data-informed decision-makingAutomate workflows and develop dashboards and reports while providing training and technical supportEnsure data accuracy and compliance with governance standards, leading the preparation of external compliance reportsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or Education (advanced degree preferred)Several years of experience in data-focused rolesProficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Experience with programming languages such as Python and RKnowledge of data privacy regulations such as FERPA and GDPR is a plus
