A company is looking for a Contract Manager, Clinical Site Contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee planning, drafting, negotiating, tracking, and execution of clinical site contractsEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while meeting contractual timelinesProvide guidance for contract negotiations and manage a team to ensure adherence to company standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferred in Health Care, business, legal, or scientific disciplineAt least 5 years of experience in Clinical Research and/or contract/budget managementGood knowledge of ICH-GCP and pharmaceutical regulationsExperience in financial, budget, and cost management/analysis is desirableProven negotiation and interpersonal skills
