A company is looking for a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support Federal leasing and space acquisition procurement actions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Procurement Request (PR) packages for leasing and space acquisition activitiesMaintain accurate electronic records and monitor open commitments to ensure compliance with fiscal law and agency policyProvide technical guidance on PR processing and reconcile prior-year budgets to maximize fund utilizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institutionMinimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in Federal leasing, space acquisition, or related procurement functionsPrior experience with GSA leasing processes and lease documentation preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and PowerPointAbility to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance; travel may be required
