A company is looking for a Provider Licensing Specialist to oversee the licensing process and ensure regulatory compliance for Care Team members.Key ResponsibilitiesManage documentation and assist providers with state licenses, DEA certifications, and onboardingTrack application progress and resolve licensing issues through collaborationComplete credentialing applications with payors and maintain relationships with payor communitiesRequired QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in healthcare provider licensing, contracting, or credentialingRelevant experience with state licensing applicationsUnderstanding of the impact of licensing and credentialing on billing and contractsAt least 1 year of remote work experienceExperience with state board licensing for nurse practitioners is strongly preferred
