A company is looking for a Policy & Advocacy Lead for the Nordics on a 6-month contract, part-time (3 days/week).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a multi-year health and development financing campaign focused on ODA-related advocacyOversee grant management, project planning, and progress tracking against established goalsInterface with various stakeholders to advance advocacy efforts and report on commitments made during campaignsRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in development, economics, public health, international relations, or related fields4-7 years of experience with NGOs, governments, or international institutionsPrevious experience in policy work related to development finance and climate issuesExperience in project management and data managementProficient in English and Swedish; additional languages are a plus
