A company is looking for a Ticket Operations Specialist to support leaguewide ticketing functions across all teams and markets.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute advanced ticketing operations including event builds, inventory management, and ticket offersMaintain and support Ticketmaster platforms and manage internal ticket requests for games and eventsCollaborate with team ticketing representatives and venue partners to troubleshoot system issues and ensure operational alignmentRequired QualificationsPost-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Ticketmaster ticketing systemsExperience in sports, live entertainment, or related ticketing environmentsStrong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate complex systemsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the United States and Canada as required
