A company is looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Pod Lead (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a pod of Engineering Design Specialists, overseeing task assignments, deliverable reviews, and mentoringOversee pod outputs and maintain reproducible simulation environments, supporting cloud infrastructure and resolving technical issuesDesign high-difficulty electrical engineering problems and set quality standards for the pod through personal contributionsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related disciplineAt least 5 years of hands-on design experience in electrical or mechanical engineering1-2 years of experience in a technical lead or team coordination roleProficiency in Python for scripting and automationHands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
