Responsibilities

Perform basic automotive maintenance tasks, assist experienced technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, follow Meineke's standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, conduct routine inspections and assist in basic repairs, maintain accurate records of services performed, collaborate with senior technicians and service advisors, uphold Meineke's commitment to customer satisfaction, continuously update your knowledge and skills

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience or technical training in automotive repair is preferred, basic understanding of automotive systems and components, familiarity with diagnostic equipment used in automotive repair, ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects
