Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer support and supply chain coordination functions, ensuring high standards in client communication and order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and produce regular reports and forecasts to guide leadership decision-making.
- Leverage CRM systems and analytical tools to track trends, customer activity, and operational performance.
- Guide pricing, quoting, and order management practices to align with company revenue goals.
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and web updates to ensure accuracy and usability for B2B customers.
- Partner with business development, technical sales, marketing, and R&D to plan and execute nationwide go-to-market strategies.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable initiatives that improve revenue, service delivery, and product readiness.
- Align commercial strategies with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and product development teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with national and regional customers, including account strategy planning and executive relationship building.
- Oversee contract renewals and negotiation activities to secure beneficial, compliant terms.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events to elevate market presence.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
- 710 years of sales operations or account management experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and sales analytics dashboards.
- Proven ability to lead internal teams and external client engagements across multiple business functions.
- Track record of success managing customer service, procurement, or supply chain processes.
Preferred
- Experience with biological materials (animal serums, tissues, plasma, etc.) and regulatory considerations.
- Exposure to vendor management, supply chain oversight, and materials procurement within highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with scientific products used in R&D, clinical, or diagnostic settings.
