Job Tittle: Replenishment Manager - Customer Supply Chain

Your Role:

The Replenishment Manager is an indispensable business partner with our customers both internal (Sales, Marketing, Category Teams, Finance, Supply, etc.) and external, to develop a sales/shipment/inventory plan that is accurate, unbiased, and unconstrained in support of the S&OP process. You will be an integral part of the team that helps ensure that we are satisfying our customers at the lowest cost across the organization. This role covers both OMNI and Online only items.

Details:

Role assigned to key business segments at Walmart. Act as subject matter expert of key business segment.

• Work with sales team, production planning, and customer to maintain 100% Fill rate and In-stocks.
• Provide support and attend meetings as needed/requested to build relationships with customers, offer analysis and feedback on the business
• Monitor and report on item/style/departmental productivity.
• Analyze established product lifecycle trends for all promotional events, modular transitions, and item changes. Trends will include point of sale retail take-away, inventory availability, historical promotional activity, and de-seasonalized demand.
• In a fast-paced environment, proactively analyze item-level forecasting and replenishment settings for assigned Walmart business OMNI and online only segments using key supply chain metrics such as retail/FC in-stock, retail/FC on-hand & pipeline inventory, and case fill to distributor and retailer. Execute item-level forecast adjustments and communicate to internal and external business partners.
• Investigate forecast exceptions and service gaps. Drive corrective actions upstream through GMC supply chain to drive reliability/supportability and eliminate waste. Drive corrective actions downstream to retail with Walmart Replenishment Managers and Buyers to drive inventory and sales growth.
• Co-develop and co-communicate with Production Planning partners accurate and timely factory shipment forecasts specific to promotional events, modular transitions, and item changes.
• Build and maintain multiple customer-facing relationships, including Walmart Planning/Replenishment Managers and Buyers. Build and maintain multiple internal relationships, including Sales, Category Management, Customer Service, Finance, Sales Planning, and supply chain partners.
• Participate in a limited number of select special projects and strategic initiatives, including promotional events and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Process cancellations and project heal dates based on incoming production
• Summarize and communicate daily orders

OTIF compliance follow-up.

Run Supply Pike reports to review charges quarterly. Using Supplier One (Retail Link) and blue cherry (internal system) to confirm the PO's listed in Supply Pike against both of those systems.

Work with internal teams (Ops) to confirm on time and In Full charges.

Orders

Responsible for putting out daily orders booked report to sales team

Order Maintenance – Header Changes, line/order cancels in WM system

• Order tracking on key events ie: Mod sets and off shelf pallets/endcaps

Qualifications:

• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficient with Excel required
• Walmart and Power BI experience is a plus
