About the Role:

Weekly Replenishment Reports

  • Walmart key contact for Replenishment to influence and communicate business needs outside of standard reporting and manage Walmar relationship
  • Evermark Total Company Internal Instock Weekly Recap
  • Category Item Level Instock Report to WM Replenishment Team & Merchants
  • Root Cause Analysis – Reporting on Out of Stock, Why, Get Well data
  • Weekly Supply Plan data & organization - Share GRS Forecast & Supply Plan with Evermark teams to align WMT orders and expected Demand Forecast with POS
  • Weekly Item Cuts Report
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Supply Plan Review
  • Any additional Replen WMT Requested Weekly Reports
  • Attend weekly Allocation Calls and communicate any Supply issues to WM with proactive data driven approach

GRS/Supply Plan Inventory Management

  • Review WM Forecast and Supply Plan at an item level to make sure it matches POS Forecasts/ Sales and call out exception priorities
  • Identify & proactively resolve Supply Plan gaps vs POS, major changes in plans and flows, and communicate with Walmart actions needed
  • Review Seasonal Flow & Promo Plans to ensure seasonality/lifts are applied to the replenishment forecasts for Walmart to order appropriately
  • Problem Solve & work with Sales team on any product issues
  • Create SSO Store Specific Order/PNEWs for instock gaps if identified as option to improve instocks
  • Updates & Uses Daily Supply Plan & Actual Order Tracker
  • At an item level, monitor inventory flow Responsible for meeting in-stock target (98%) at store level with no out-of-stocks at the distribution centers. This is accomplished by proactively analyzing inventory levels at the item-store level, identification of any forecast behaviors or in-stock issues, followed by implementation of action steps to resolve them.
  • Track WM Inventory at Store & Whse – Daily DC Out of stock, Store In-Stock report and Store count changes

Demand Forecast in Vena aligned with Sales

  • Uses Supply Plan, WM Order patterns, and POS to build Sales Demand Forecasts
  • Aligns with Sales NAM's on business activities that will impact flow & velocities
  • Plans New Item/Modular Initial Ship Quantities
  • Leads calls with Evermark Demand Planning team and ensures Demand Call aligns to sales Call where attainable and communicates gaps aligned on
  • Goal of +/- 2% Forecast accuracy and identify Gaps to Forecast misses or overages
  • Vena Reporting for Tracking of Demand Forecast vs Actual Shipments – Month Lock and Month End Reporting
  • Send final aligned Forecasted Demand Units each month to Emerson Team to input the Emerson Business Tool

Modular Management

  • New Item Inventory Flow – evaluate and manage timing and quantities of new items shipped from Evermark to WMT DC to ensure Initial Pipe Orders match forecasts
  • Communicate, review and share any orders going to miss Modular timelines
  • EOS Management with WMT – End of Season Logic, any items with store count reductions or deleted, share with Walmart replenishment to stop ordering or manage down WOS to avoid markdowns of Inventory flow on features with Demand Planners & Supply
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Teams, Supply Chain and CSA to track new item/display flow
  • Ensure Orders align with expected Forecast Initial Ships
  • Review Forecasts and provide updated data and item movement for Walmart post-modular

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
