Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Ensuring the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, and fair employment practices; Providing leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness; Assisting the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives; Participating in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM; Ensuring required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and on schedule
