Now Hiring Centerless Grinding Operator
Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime - Coming in at 5 AM + Occasional Saturdays

What It Takes
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of machine operator experience in an industrial/production environment
- Able to lift 33 lbs.
- Steel-toe or slip resistant composite shoes
- Detail-driven with pride in your work
- Works well with the crew, safety always first
- Measure raw materials before processing and then hold parts to quality specifications while performing in-process audits during cycle runs.
- Follow established procedures for running and checking the grind lines to ensure all systems are operating correctly.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot moderate to complex problems on centerless grinders, infeed robot cell, and chamfer robot cell in an efficient and timely manner to maintain output and produce parts to specifications.
- Read and understand blueprints and be able to resolve issues related to the quality specifications provided.
- Separate, identify, and report nonconforming from good product and document accurately on the provided paperwork and in the reporting system.
- Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities and perform routine machine maintenance.
