About the Role

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating their travel experiences. From arranging transportation and accommodations to curating personalized itineraries, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth and memorable trips.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Work directly with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research destinations, activities, and promotions to provide recommendations
• Manage itineraries and ensure accuracy of bookings and travel documents
• Provide timely support and assistance before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)
