Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform along with your personal network

* Reach out to prospective candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for detailed screening

* Follow up with leads to kindle interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on qualified meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads

How Compensation Works

This is a fully commission-based, performance-driven opportunity. This means no limits on what you can earn and no ceiling on your success.

Your earnings will be based on the real value you create:

* Commission for each well-matched meeting you organize

* Added income when interviews happen from your outreach
