This is a practical, field-based position focused on supporting sales activity, running basic product trials, assisting with lead generation, and handling on-the-ground logistics. The role will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help establish Linx in the US across Texas.
The successful candidate will be comfortable prospecting for new clients and spending time in manufacturing environments, traveling as needed, and getting involved wherever required to support business growth.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Lead Generation & Market Activity
Conduct basic outbound activity, including:
Cold calling (telephone and in-person site visits)
Following up on inbound leads and marketing activity
Help identify and qualify new prospects within the assigned region
Gather informal market feedback from customers and prospects to support the wider US launch strategy
The essential requirements of the job include:
Comfort working independently, often on the road, as part of a growing US operation
Valid US driver's license
Willingness to travel regularly between Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, including 2–3 nights away per week
Any overnight stays will be at company-approved hotels - employee safety is one of our topmost priorities!
Field & Sales Support
Support the sales team during customer visits, demonstrations, and trials
Assist with basic installation of trial machines (primarily “point and shoot” applications)
Ensure trial equipment is correctly set up, moved, and maintained between sites
Act as a reliable on-site support resource during early customer engagement
Logistics & Operational Support
Transport printers and accessories between customer sites, offices, and events
Support trade shows, open days, and local marketing activity as required
Maintain trial equipment readiness and basic stock control
Coordinate closely with the wider team to ensure smooth execution of the field activity
Skills & Experience
Confident in communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Practical, reliable, and well-organised
Willingness to travel locally across Texas as required
Full driving licence
Mechanical or technical aptitude is helpful but not essential; training will be provided

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $72,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
