The warehouse employee is responsible for always providing excellent customer service.
Essential functions

Responsible for loading customer's flooring purchases either by forklift or by hand, as needed.
Off load and receive product into the inventory system, then call/email customers in a timely manner of its arrival.
Complete pick up and receiving paperwork accurately and tag products and pallets accordingly.
Perform weekly cycle counts to insure accurate inventory.
Store maintenance and cleaning including maintaining an organized and clean warehouse, showroom, and property.
Receive deliveries from vendors and MDC or CDC.
Offloading trucks as they arrive.

Required education and experience:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Excellent Communication skills; both verbally and in writing
Basic math and organization skills
Detail-oriented mindset, data entry and computer skills
Ability to work on feet for long hours
Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
Experience shipping, receiving, or selling related products
Preferred education and experience:
Forklift certification is beneficial for unloading large shipments
