Overview

Metric Geo are partnered with a leading contractor experienced Project Manager to oversee heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and regulations
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of safety and regulatory standards
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
