Now hiring Customer Service Agent
Lowell, AR
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Shift:
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Tuesday-Saturday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- No rotating schedules!

You'll Rock This Job If You:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment

- Help customers schedule delivery dates and times
- Communicate through phone, computer, and email systems
- Provide accurate, professional support - no sales, just service
- Maintain detailed records and ensure follow-through on requests
