Job Summary:
The Commercial Lines, Sr. Broker (AVP level) has responsibilities in growing organic revenue for the Atlantic Region, Middle Market clients through an integrated selling strategy. In this role, you will manage sales results, maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospect stakeholders. Manage a small team of Account Managers while being a lead in the marketplace and broking the business.
This is a full-time role with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule in our Charlotte, NC office. We will consider a remote option for well-experienced candidates.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 – $145,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
