We are currently seeking a Remote Fundraising Assistant / Donor Relations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The Remote Fundraising Assistant / Donor Relations Coordinator will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts and donor relations. This position will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and management of fundraising campaigns and events, as well as building and maintaining relationships with donors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate and manage fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and communications
• Maintain donor database and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
• Cultivate relationships with current and potential donors and sponsors
• Coordinate and communicate with donors to ensure timely and appropriate acknowledgement of donations
• Collaborate with team members to create compelling fundraising materials and communications
• Monitor and report on fundraising progress and results
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and donor relations

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in fundraising or donor relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and techniques
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Passion for sports and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry

Package Details

Pay Rate: $50-70 per hour, depending on experience

Training Pay: $40 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
