Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $700000.00 - $800000.00

Spine Surgeon Needed- Fast-growing medical community in Northwest Arkansas with strong demand and excellent quality of life.

Opportunity Highlights

No current spine surgeon on staff; strong unmet community demand

Immediate case volume

ASC to be utilized whenever possible; hospital OR as needed

Large and diverse referral base with 29 in-system primary care physicians

Proven success rapidly building high-volume specialty programs

Approximately 10 days of call per month, supported by employed and independent orthopedic surgeons

Emphasis on OR time over clinic time

Full support including APPs, first assist, hospitalists, and intensivists

8 total operating rooms (4 inpatient, 4 outpatient), 2 robotic Ors

No OB servicesno emergency C-section disruptions

Compensation

Up to $800K Base salaryearning potential 1M+

2 year guarantee then % of collections. 50%

Up to 50K Sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance available
