A company is looking for a Proposal Manager responsible for managing proposal efforts in public sector procurement and enterprise SaaS proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage and execute complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQsReview procurement requirements and develop detailed proposal action plansProvide guidance and training to proposal specialists and ensure compliance with submission standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field3-5+ years of experience in responding to RFPs within SaaS, public sector, or government technology environmentsDemonstrated experience managing complex, enterprise-level proposal responses independentlyStrong understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirementsAdvanced proficiency with proposal management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
