A company is looking for a Wireless Engineer for a remote, contract role.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise WLAN environmentsMonitor wireless performance and troubleshoot issues related to coverage and connectivitySupport wireless site surveys and assist with coverage and capacity planningRequired Qualifications3-6+ years of experience in network engineering with exposure to wireless networkingHands-on experience with enterprise wireless platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Mist, etc.)Basic understanding of RF concepts and wireless networking fundamentalsFamiliarity with wireless security protocols (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X)Understanding of basic networking (IP addressing, switching, routing fundamentals)
