A company is looking for an Enterprise Risk & Capital Strategy Principal.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport enterprise risk management and capital strategy while evaluating strategic growth opportunitiesCollaborate with actuarial, finance, and investments to drive data-informed decisions that balance risk and regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain capital models and support capital allocation decisions across business linesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field5-10+ years of experience in insurance risk management, actuarial, corporate finance, investment banking, or strategyStrong understanding of insurance fundamentals and capital frameworksProgress toward or attainment of FSA/ASA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferredAdvanced Excel skills; experience with modeling tools is a plus
