A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense enterprise modernization effort in partnership with the United States Marine Corps.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between the Marine Corps Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Office and the enterprise modernization teamLead requirements-gathering sessions and validate operational needs across casualty reporting and mortuary affairsAnalyze current workflows and develop future-state models to enhance mission performance and accuracyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related disciplineMinimum 7 years of experience in requirements management or business analysis for federal or defense programsDemonstrated expertise in business process modeling and requirements elicitationExperience working within Agile or iterative development environmentsMust hold an active Secret clearance
