Metric Geo is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a growing industrial and facility engineering firm in Fayetteville. This is a hands-on role contributing to complex multi-disciplinary projects in manufacturing, food processing, oil & gas, and energy sectors. You'll design, review, and oversee electrical systems while collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines and client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage electrical systems for industrial facilities and client projects
• Prepare Issue-for-Construction (IFC) electrical drawings, schematics, and calculations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Implement energy-efficient practices and optimize system performance
• Prepare project documentation, scopes of work, and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering teams, facility staff, and clients
• Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and ensuring projects remain on budget

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• PE license preferred
• 6+ years of electrical design experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
• 4+ years of field experience overseeing installations and construction
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D and Revit 3D for electrical system design
