Position Summary: The Senior Data Analyst is a hands-on role with a clear growth path — we want someone who is sharp, curious, and driven ready to do the work today and lead a team tomorrow. You will be the analytical engine behind our client work, transforming raw retailer POS data and shopper profiles into compelling stories that drive real sales results. You will own the insights, build the visuals, and help our clients understand not just what happened — but why it matters and what to do next. Responsibilities:
Analyze retailer POS data, syndicated data, and customer profile data to surface actionable insights for clients
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that track category performance, brand health, and shopper behavior
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that support client sales strategies and presentations
Develop custom analyses for client business reviews, line reviews, and sales calls
Design and produce polished, client-ready visuals and presentation materials that bring data to life
Craft clear story arcs around data — connecting trends to business implications and recommendations
Partner with account teams to understand client objectives and shape analytical outputs accordingly
Work daily within internal data lake and responsible for enhancing platform performance in con junction with 3
rd
party platform provider.
Learn and adapt quickly to new data tools, portals, and platforms as client needs evolve
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across all deliverables
Operate as a strong individual contributor today while thinking like a future team leader
Contribute to building out the team's analytical processes, templates, and best practices
Mentor junior analysts as the team grows; take on increasing leadership responsibility over time

Desired Experience & Skills
3–6 years of experience in retail analytics, CPG, or a related data-driven field
Hands-on experience with Walmart Scintilla data including Charter — you know how to pull it, interpret it, and work with its nuances.
Strong working knowledge of retailer POS data, syndicated data sources, and shopper/customer profile data
Proven ability to build clear, visually compelling presentations and data stories for business audiences
Comfortable working in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one BI or visualization platform.
