WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...

7 Brew is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its in-house legal team to support legal needs across vendor contracts, franchise operations, and general legal matters. This attorney will partner closely with the marketing, supply chain, operations, and technology teams and will assist the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer with franchise development and administration.

This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment and will provide an attorney with substantial opportunities for professional development and exposure to business operations.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...

Commercial Contracts & General Legal Matters

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, licensing agreements, and technology-related contracts.
• Assist with legal research regarding tax and regulatory matters.
• Work closely with supply chain, operations, human resources, marketing, and other internal teams to provide practical, business‑focused legal advice.

Franchise Agreement & System Governance

• Assist with franchise agreement and amendment drafting and negotiation.
• Assist with franchise transfers, acquisitions, renewals and modifications.
• Assist with preparation and annual updates to the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed in good standing. 3L law students are encouraged to apply, provided, however, employment would be subject graduation and bar passage
• 0-3 years legal experience
• General business law clerkships and/or law firm or in-house legal experience required
• Commercial contract review and negotiation experience preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• This is an in-person position and will be based at 7 Brew headquarters located in Springdale, Arkansas.
