OverviewA Big O Alignment Technician performs the required mechanical duties in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with all company programs, policies, and procedures.MFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity/Drug-Free Employer.ResponsibilitiesPerform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance as well as mechanical work in accordance with all company programs, policies, and proceduresMaintain the orderly flow of customer service assignment to ensure productivityEnsure that Big O's Extra Care Services are extended to all customersProperly diagnose and repair customers' vehicles, performing quality control of all shop functionsSafely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions, moving vehicles as needed to, and away from, service areasAttend weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as requiredAssist in organizing, documenting, and processing adjustments and core creditsWork with store management to ensure the successful accomplishment of budgeted service-related quotasEnsure that all appropriate information for completed work is given to the counter personnel for inclusion in final invoicingUtilize the company outside purchase program to ensure maximum profitabilityEnsure the consistent execution of the vehicle inspection programPromptly and efficiently perform alignments, inspections, and other duties to support store achievement of established service, sales, and productivity goalsAssist management in the orientation, training, and coaching of new personnelAll MFA Oil employees are expected to know and adhere to company and position specific policies and procedures.
