What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and web leads (no cold-call dungeon here)
• Respond fast — because speed wins
• Recommend the right service with confidence
• Handle objections without panicking
• Ask for the sale (yes, actually ask)
• Book jobs accurately in our system
• Follow up on warm leads
• Track your numbers like they matter (because they do)

Compensation

• Tiered commission structure
• The better you perform, the higher your commission rate
• Outbound efforts = double commission
• Realistic earning potential: $55,000–$80,000+
