Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Associate to handle the accurate and timely packing and loading of outbound FedEx and UPS orders. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment via FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and packaging instructions for accuracy.
• Print and affix shipping labels using FedEx/UPS systems or software.
• Load outgoing packages onto appropriate shipping trucks or designated staging areas.
• Monitor daily shipping schedule and ensure all orders are packed and shipped on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the plant management.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse or production environment. May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Occasional exposure to varying temperatures and outdoor loading areas.
