WHAT'S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...

The Creative Director will be the driving force behind bringing the 7 Brew brand to life across every creative channel — from digital to retail to video to in-store experiences. As a hands-on creative leader, you'll guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team (graphic design, video, motion, visual content) while also jumping into concept and execute high-impact work when needed.

You'll shape the visual storytelling that fuels brand love, energizes our fans, supports product innovation, and drives our rapidly scaling business. This role requires strong creative instincts, operational rigor, and the ability to bring big ideas to life at the speed of QSR. You'll collaborate across marketing, digital, loyalty, operations, and field teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects 7 Brew's vibrant, kind, and culture-forward personality.

Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Lead the creative direction and visual identity for all brand, marketing, digital, retail, and in-store creative
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts that fuel engagement and strengthen emotional connection with our fans
  • Champion the evolution of the 7 Brew look, feel, and voice — ensuring consistency while keeping the brand fresh, modern, energetic, and culturally resonant

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor an in-house creative team (designers, videographers, editors, motion designers)
  • Create a collaborative culture that fosters creativity, curiosity, and high performance
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, Operations, Field Marketing, Product Development, and external partners to bring initiatives to life

Creative Execution & Production Oversight

  • Oversee design and video execution across digital, social, web, email, app, paid media, packaging, in-store displays, drive-thru digital screens, and environmental graphics
  • Provide direction, feedback, and approvals to maintain creative excellence and brand integrity
  • Jump in hands-on when needed to concept, design, storyboard, or creatively problem-solve

Campaign & Content Development

  • Lead creative development for integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, culture-driven storytelling, and brand moments
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure creative solutions meet both marketing and business goals

Operational & Workflow Excellence

  • Manage project timelines, briefs, capacity planning, and creative workflows to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment
  • Establish and maintain scalable systems for asset management, templates, brand guidelines, and creative operations
  • Ensure flawless production, proper asset delivery, and optimization across platforms, formats, and screen sizes

Innovation & Trendspotting

  • Stay ahead of trends in design, video, motion, digital storytelling, retail experience, and consumer behavior
  • Bring fresh ideas, new tools, and best practices to elevate 7 Brew's creative presence every day

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

Experience & Expertise

  • 5–8+ years of experience in creative roles within consumer, QSR, retail, beverage, lifestyle, or agency environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary creative team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, digital design, video content, campaign development, and creative systems
  • Expertise across digital, social, video, motion, print, in-store, and experiential creative
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with video/motion tools (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong creative instincts with refined taste, layout, and typography abilities
  • Comfortable providing direction as well as rolling up sleeves to create when needed
  • Highly collaborative, communicative, and capable of working cross-functionally
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills — can manage multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment
  • Detail-obsessed with a passion for craft, brand experience, and cultural relevance
  • High-energy, curious, and adaptable — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments

Additional Requirements

  • Experience building or evolving brand style guides or creative systems
  • Knowledge of content optimization for digital platforms and various screen sizes
  • Ability to relocate to NW Arkansas and travel as needed
