Hunt - - Responsibilities: Monitor loads assigned to drivers, including resolving any issues that may affect scheduled pickup or delivery; proactively communicate to affected customers; Maintain documentation of driver detention time to ensure accurate, on-time pay; Maintain the company safety culture; daily safety messages and monthly driver briefings; help enforce policies to ensure DOT compliance; Support other team members as needed; Communicate professionally with internal and external drivers via phone calls and system messages to strengthen driver engagement
