Job Summary

We are looking for an Install Coordinator who can help us coordinate our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations. In addition to scheduling, this person will also assist in receiving of products and maintaining cleanliness of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

· Coordinating with customers and the installers and techs to schedule measure, install, and service appointments

· Communicating with installers and techs about complexity of jobs and scheduling accordingly

· Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments

· Oversee unloading of delivery trucks and loading of installers and techs

· Daily preparation of job packets

· Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and safety of warehouse, dock, and boneyard

· Processing job packets upon completion

Qualifications

· Ability to problem solve

· Detail oriented

· Must be capable of continuously learning and adapting to changes

· Good communication skills

· Comfortable utilizing various forms of technology
