CRH - - Responsibilities: Support the construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks such as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow, and directing trucks for safe and precise operations; Communicate with equipment operators to ensure seamless movement and alignment of materials using hand signals and tools; Execute daily tasks as directed by your Foreman, adapting quickly to the ever-changing demands of the project; Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammers) as needed, improving your technical skill set on the job; Install, relocate, and remove traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones to keep work zones safe
