Location: Fayetteville, AR | Schedule: Full-Time | Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience & Certifications)

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical issues across all makes & models (foreign & domestic)
• Perform routine services like oil changes, brakes, and tire rotations
• Use the latest diagnostic tools to pinpoint and solve problems efficiently
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and other team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Stay current with certifications and ongoing training

What You Bring:

• A.S.E. Certification (Required)
• 2+ Years of hands-on experience (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
• A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
